About Department

The Department of Anesthesiology provides 24-hour anesthesia facilities for surgery, obstetrics and selected diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.

Our team includes certified critical care anesthetists who also take care of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and provide necessary critical care support to the Emergency Department and related departments of the hospital.

The department also provides pain relief during childbirth while supporting the life functions of both the mother and the baby.

Preoperative & Postoperative Care

The team of anesthetists evaluates patients before procedures to assess their health condition, provide necessary counseling and explain the preoperative measures to be followed before admission.

After surgery, patients receive appropriate care in intensive care units and pain management support in the wards, along with specialist doctors from the relevant departments assisting the consulting physician.
